The Mini Market aims to cover the basic daily needs of residents at the Golf & Country Club for food, cleaning and personal care products. The offer includes dairy products, soft drinks, ice cream, liqueurs, fruit and vegetables, meat and cold meat, as well as cleaning and personal care items.

The Enebro Community is located in a privileged position at the heart of the development, on an island surrounded by golf. The Enebro Community blends into the natural surroundings, with superb views across the golf course and towards the coast.

The Acacia Community is located only about 1 km from the clubhouse, mini market, sports facilities and restaurants in the center of the exclusive and scenic Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. To design the masterplan of the Tipuana Community it has been paid special attention to the relationship with nature, and to give the villas privacy and enhance the views towards the Mediterranean forest and the sea. The access roads to the villas blend in with the vegetation.

Apart from 48 two and three bedroom apartments, the Encina Community includes a series of semi-detached Perdiz villas, which were very well received by our clients.
