A finite place, which is the whole point

Most of what is sold on this coast is replaceable. There is always another apartment two streets back, another development going up behind the last one. Las Colinas is not that. It is a single valley, built at deliberately low density around a Cabell B. Robinson golf course, with a hard limit on how many homes can ever exist inside the gate. That scarcity is why it behaves differently from the market around it, in both directions: it does not spike the way the coastal strip does, and it does not fall the way the coastal strip does either.

This site exists because we are asked the same questions about this resort every week, and the answers are not on the resort's own marketing, or on the portals. What the fees actually cover. Whether golf comes with the house. Whether you can let it out. Which side of the valley you want to be on. We have written those answers down properly below.

What we are

Mediter is an estate agency, based on this coast since 1999, and Las Colinas has been a focus of ours for most of that time. We are not the resort and we do not speak for it. What we can do is show you everything genuinely available inside it, including properties that are not on the portals, tell you the specific costs attached to a specific house, and tell you when the answer is that you should not buy it.
