The first phase of the Tipuana Community was completed in 2010 and consists of 24 two and three bedroom apartments with large terraces or gardens on the ground floor. It has views out towards the coast and of Mediterranean woodland, as well as common green areas and pool.

Apart from 48 two and three bedroom apartments, the Encina Community includes a series of semi-detached Perdiz villas, which were very well received by our clients. After the success of the initial sales phase (18 Perdiz villas were delivered in 2010), building started on 8 additional ones, which were sold immediately and handed over to the owners during the summer of 2012.

Encina has several common areas with 2 pools and ample green areas.

Located in the central area of Las Colinas with magnificent views over the golf course and out to Mediterranean woodland, this is one of the most exclusive communities comprising just 6 villas. They share a common green area and pool.

The Pardela villas from the first sales phase are the largest. They cover an external gross area of 265m2 and have five bedrooms distributed over two floors. The villas also have large living rooms and verandas, two parking spaces, and many have a private pool.

The homes at the Jacaranda Community were delivered at the end of 2010. The community comprises a total of 14 villas, 10 semi-detached Abejaruco villas and 4 individual Malvasía villas.
The Malvasía villas have four bedrooms, large terraces and two parking spaces. They cover an external gross area of around 190m2, distributed over two floors, and enjoy a private garden covering an area of up to 1,000m2, with an optional pool.

The Roble Community comprises 12 semi-detached Abejaruco villas, with common green area and pool. Most face the golf course; they have three bedrooms, several terraces and verandas, a private garden covering an area of up to 500m2 and two parking spaces. The approximate surface area of the home is 135m2. The Roble community was delivered at the end of 2010.

The Romero Community comprises 5 individual villas and is occupied by the family behind Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. The five villas on top of the resort have a fantastic view to the Mediterranean

The Enebro Community comprises 9 villas and 3 different type of villas. “Mirlo”, “Abubilla” and “Milano”. Enebro is beautiful located with views to hole no. 2 and 8 on Las Colinas Golf course. Some of the villa also overlook the Mediterranean.

The Tipuana Villa Community comprises 12 individual villas just next to the Tipuana apartments. The Tipuana villas are beautiful located in the west end of the resort with beautiful views to the pine forest and the Mediterranean.
